Sometimes your brain feels like it’s stuck on repeat, running through worries, “what-ifs,” or past events like a broken record. Therapy can help you hit the pause button—and let your inner DJ take over for a change. Life transitions, like starting college, graduating, beginning a new job, moving to a new city, or navigating big changes in relationships, can amplify anxiety, OCD, or trauma symptoms and make it harder to feel grounded. Therapy provides a space to process these changes, develop strategies to manage stress, and regain a sense of control—even when life keeps throwing new tracks onto the playlist.

Anxiety

Whether anxiety has recently started to creep in or has been part of your life for years, it can feel overwhelming—especially when other stressors pile up. Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught in cycles of worry. I can help you build strategies to prevent anxiety when possible and manage it when it does spiral. I have experience supporting people with social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorders.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

OCD can be tricky to recognize and is often misdiagnosed—or overlooked entirely—by professionals without specialized training. Many people wait years before getting an accurate diagnosis. I can help you understand your symptoms, receive the right diagnosis, and take back control of your life. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for treating OCD, and also use Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), a newer approach that can be highly effective.

Trauma

At one point or another in our lives, we all experience trauma. Sometimes “little t” traumas sneak up on us or even go forgotten for years before they rear their heads. At other times “big T” traumas impact our lives in an immediate and obvious way. I am here to support you to unpack your trauma in a manageable way and to help you come out the other side. I utilize EMDR Therapy to address the negative beliefs you have learned about yourself or the world as a result of your trauma and to support you in gaining a sense of safety in the world.
